Amigba Group of Companies Limited is a Nigerian diversified business group with corporate objectives spanning agriculture, energy, trade, real estate, logistics, automotive, telecommunications, entertainment, hospitality and related commercial services.
Who we are
One registered entity, many divisions
AMIGBA GROUP OF COMPANIES LIMITED is a private company limited by shares incorporated in the Federal Republic of Nigeria on 16 February 2026 under the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA), 2020, with registration number 9336182.
Our memorandum authorises a broad set of commercial activities. Rather than implying a group of separately incorporated companies, we organise that scope into 9 business divisions, each with its own services, enquiries and accountable team.
Our head office is at Grace Plaza, 10 Adedoyin Street, Kosofe, Lagos, Nigeria. Branch offices, additional phone lines and departmental contacts are published here as they are formally established.
